POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Youth Minister for the Parish of St. Rose of Lima Church
FLSA Non Exempt
Reports to: St. Rose of Lima Director of Religious Education and Faith Formation
Direct Reports: None
Provides work direction to: Volunteers
Receives work direction from: Pastor of St. Rose of Lima Church or his staff delegate and St. Rose Director of Faith Formation
Resource Person to: St. Rose of Lima Faith Formation Committee, Joint Youth and Adult Advisory Committee/Board/Team and others as requested
This position is part time with personal days and other leave as defined in the Employee Handbook.
Hours hired to work: 16 hours per week, 52 weeks

Purpose of Position: to provide leadership and coordination for the pastoral and spiritual development of youth, and their families; to provide opportunities for their full participation in all aspects of parish life; and to foster their total personal and spiritual growth as guided by the two parishes’ mission statements.
